Biography

As part of her career, Ms. Mashaikh Alrakhaimi has gained a number of Human Resources experiences; one of the recent experiences is undergoing the merging of three organizations together under one authority. As a result of that experience, she gained extensive exposure to various aspects of Human Resources, including job evaluation, consolidating policies, grading structures, and unification of employment contracts. Currently, she is leading the Talent Acquisition team at the Dubai Integrated Economic Zone Authority. In her role, she develops Talent Acquisition strategies through efficient manpower planning, creating partnerships to build a talent pool. As well as supporting in succession planning and conducting cost impact analyses of manpower planning scenarios in conjunction with the other Human Management sections like Talent Management and People Benefits.

Alrakhaimi’s expertise extends to overseeing the development and updating of over 500 Job Descriptions and Job Evaluations in collaboration with the Talent Development team. Her dedication to Talent Acquisition is evident through her work in identifying various partnership opportunities to strengthen the Talent pool and support in increasing Emiratization rates within the organization high all while ensuring the organization is prepared to fill critical roles efficiently. She has also conducted comprehensive reviews and redesigns of processes, policies, and procedures related to talent acquisition.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Mashaikh has held roles at both Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority and Chalhoub Group, where she oversaw the entire recruitment processes. Impressively, she successfully minimized recruitment agency expenses and achieved cost savings by introducing innovative recruitment approaches.

Her educational background includes a Master of Management with a specialization in International Business from Zayed University and a Bachelor of Communications with a Minor in Psychology, also from Zayed University. She has further honed her skills with acquiring a Diploma in People Management – Level 5 from CIPD, certificate in Hay Group Job Evaluation Program, a Certified Recruitment Specialist, and a certification in Internal QMS Auditing – ISO 9001:2008 Standard. With acquired skills in Video Assessment, Psychometric Assessment, and Microsoft Dynamics HRMS.
