Mrs. Hessa's academic journey is marked by a commitment to continuous learning. She holds a Master's in Public Policy-Social Policy from the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government in Dubai, an M.A. in International Studies from the University of Wollongong in Dubai, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Zayed University. In addition, she earned a Diploma in Future Foresights from the University of Oxford's Said Business School and several certificates in leadership, negotiation, protocol management, and public diplomacy from prestigious institutions worldwide, including the London School of Economics (LSE) and The Protocol School of Washington.
With a solid educational foundation, Mrs. Hessa has seamlessly blended academia with professional practice. She was a former Instructor in Executive Training at the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy in Abu Dhabi. Prior to this, she held positions as an Instructor at Zayed University, an Adjunct Lecturer at the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy, and a Curriculum Specialist at the Ministry of Education in Dubai. Hessa's roles have also extended to the international sphere, as a Visiting Lecturer at the Joint Command and Staff College in Abu Dhabi.
